It all starts with a quality sweet shortcrust pastry (pâte sablée).

Ours is made in-house using premium local ingredients: free-range eggs, Australian butter, biscuit flour, and sugar — with the ‘secret’ addition of a touch of almond meal for an extra layer of flavour and a delicate crunch.

WHOLE TARTS

Whole tarts make the perfect dinner party show-stopper or a delicious alternative to a traditional birthday cake.

Our 25cm tart serves approximately 10–12 people with dessert-sized portions, while the larger 30cm tart is ideal for 14–16 generous serves.

INDIVIDUAL TARTS

If you don’t want the hassle of portioning and plating a whole tart, our individual options are just the thing.

They’re ideal when you’d like to offer guests a few different flavours or serve desserts with minimal fuss.

Dessert Tarts (8cm)
Perfect for plated desserts with no prep or slicing required. Just add a generous dollop of cream and you're done.

Mini Tarts (6cm)
Think of these as the cupcakes of the tart world — great for morning teas, dessert buffets, or grazing tables. Easy to handle and even easier to eat!

Petit Tarts (4cm)
