Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon collection and advise us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Kiss My Tart offers refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please contact us immediately if you are not happy with your product and we will work with you to find a suitable remedy.           

Cancellations

We generally do not offer refunds for cancelled orders or where you have changed your mind. However, we know that plans change so please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a suitable remedy such as a rescheduled date or potentially a credit for future use.
