Fruit Tart

This delicious tart is made in the traditions of a classic French tart.

Sweet and crispy sablée pastry shell with a layer of baked almond cream and filled with smooth homemade vanilla pastry cream.  The tart is topped with an huge selection of fresh in-season fruits and berries.
